COVID-19 LEVEL RED RESPONSE

March 5, 2021

We can now have a total of 100 people in the church building for our worship service. We invite you to call or email Lydia (204-325-7667; office@winkleremmc.com) to register for the service. We will be accepting registrations till 5 PM each Friday for that weekend’s worship service.
We invite those who are involved in the service to bring their families with them; however, we want you to register as well so that we know how many people are coming.
A greeter will meet you and give you instructions about seating.
Appropriate safety protocols are required, and masks and hand sanitizer will be provided.

Masks must be worn upon entry into and exit from the WEMMC.

In this time of rapid and continuing change, we are all going to experience a variety of emotional responses. Among them, COVID fatigue, confusion, and anxiety are certainly part of confronting this pandemic. Let’s remember to treat each other with kindness, tolerance, love, and gentleness, keeping in mind that our greatest strength is remaining united in our relationships with each other.

Tithes and offerings: Your regular tithes and offerings are greatly appreciated during this time. There are several options available for you to donate:

  1. You can mail your donation to 600 Southview Drive, Winkler MB R6W 2P7.
  2. You can donate online if you bank with the Access Credit Union. If help is needed with online access, please contact our church treasurer at treasurer @winkleremmc.com. In your email please provide your name and address.
  3. Donations can be dropped off in person at the church office. However, please call Lydia ahead of time and she will give you drop off instructions.

Our Sunday morning services, which now include a Family Church segment, will continue to be livestreamed at 10:00 a.m. Services will remain posted on YouTube. Please CLICK HERE TO VIEW.

To stay connected, please join the pastoral staff on the Winkler EMMC Facebook page each Thursday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. for “Live With the Pastor.” Each week one of the pastoral team members will provide a livestream segment to bring you up to date on things happening in the church. If you would like to ask questions of the staff member, you will have that option as you follow the livestream.
