Over the past number of months, we have grappled with how to best align our children’s ministries with the vision of our church. We have spent countless hours focusing on how to achieve this. Through a process of prayer and discernment, we have decided to put a pause on the Awana ministry for the following year, taking this time to assess and plan next steps to enhance children’s ministry in our church. 

During this time, we will also be continuing to work on how we can best disciple children and youth through our Sunday School ministry.

The Education Board will be continuing its discussion to look for ways to enhance ministry to children in our church, and the community, in the coming months. Check the church website for updates regarding children’s ministry or contact the church office for more information.
