Full-Time Pastoral Position
Winkler Evangelical Mennonite Mission Church (WEMMC) is seeking a relational, spiritually mature leader with a heart for discipleship and leadership development to serve as our Family Life Pastor. This role focuses on the spiritual formation and relational health of families and young adults, helping them grow in Christ and engage deeply in the life of the church.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discipleship initiatives for families and young adults
- Build meaningful relationships and mentor emerging leaders
- Preach periodically and provide pastoral care
- Officiate weddings and funerals as needed
- Oversee ministry budgets and collaborate with church leadership
Qualifications
- A degree in theology, ministry, or a related field is preferred; equivalent ministry experience may be considered.
- Pastoral ministry experience, especially with families and young adults
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A heart for discipleship, spiritual formation, and leadership development
- Alignment with WEMMC’s Statement of Faith and philosophy of ministry

- Full-time salary with vacation (3 weeks years 1–7; 4 weeks year 8+)
